Who I am
My work as an artist moves between film and music, behind the camera and in front of it.
Storytelling is a shapeshifter. It’s about following an idea as far as it can go, whether that means writing it, visually shaping it, performing it or building it through music and sound.
I started by learning how stories work from the inside out from childhood: on sets, in studios and everything in-between. Experience taught me how much intention goes into what people eventually see and hear which shaped how I approach my work now: with care, curiosity and a willingness to evolve.
I’m drawn to stories that blend genres, shift tone and reflect how complex people actually are. My work tends to live in a space of liminality and duality: cinematic but grounded, expressive but controlled, always changing.
Being behind the scenes and on screen has given me a wider perspective, understanding the structure and staying connected to the feeling at the center.
At the core of everything I create I aspire to make something that feels real, even when it’s unexpected. Work that pushes a little past the familiar, keeping its sense of honesty.
I do my best work in collaboration building on ideas. Knowing when to lead and when to listen, and I value both equally. I’m used to working across roles, which helps me communicate clearly with different creative voices. Collaboration, adaptability and clear communication are part of the creative process. I bring structure when it’s needed and flexibility when it matters to bring a project to life.
